As advised in our earlier post we have a number of new clubs joining CSB Women’s competition this year.

It’s worth reflecting on just how quickly this competition has grown from its tentative steps with a small group of keen new cricketers in the indoor nets, to a 4 team competition in 2017/18 to this year a 19, hopefully 20 team, two division competition.
The competitions camaraderie, flexibility and overall preparedness to assist other players, teams and clubs is the hallmark of the success to date.
With the strong links now to the All Girls Cricket Competition, which itself continues to grow, CSB has a female pathway of its own, again setting itself apart and as an innovator and leader in cricket.
There is support available from the CSB Women’s competition group to assist any other club looking to field a Womens or girls team.
We encourage you to become a part of this exciting development in cricket across the southern bayside region.
