“Everybody involved in cricket wants to see cricket returned to ‘normality’ as soon as possible, but we need to play our part in complying with the State Government directions – including group sizes for training, wearing a face covering, hygiene protocols etc. As the nation’s summer sport, we want people to be healthy, active and for communities to connect. Cricket will progress through the steps on the roadmap as the State Government informs the public of the change to restriction levels. Remember “Cricket in a Pandemic is a privilege not a right”.

Hello Cricket Southern Bayside,
Please find attached Cricket Victoria’s latest COVID 19 Peak Body weekly update. As it stands there is not much change to Cricket specific activity. CV are working with DHHS and SRV and what the current, future changes could hold for our cricket clubs.

We have also included an updated copy of the Return to Cricket – Infographic V3.

PLEASE NOTE -: Everyone is keen to get on with it, and start training together, However, please stick to the restrictions. It’s not much longer to go, otherwise we will jeopardise the competition for everyone.
